I know there are services like Delete Me, but I’m curious if it’s even worth it at all or if it’s just an easy way for a company to make some quick bucks. Anyone use these services before?

I’ve used EasyOptOuts for a few years. The only one I can recommend. They do the work and are cheap.

I’m using one for myself and one for my grandpa (who gets tons of landline spam calls).
I haven’t noticed a lot that’s different for either of us. I think the real reason to use one of these sites is if you want your contact information to be a bit harder to find.
I’ve been using Delete Me for over a year. They’ve been able to remove almost all my information from people search websites. When I find my information on a people search website that isn’t included in the list of sites they support I can make a request for it to be included in the next round of opt out requests.
