Just like mail in electronic form is called email, virtual worlds chould be called escapes.

        Maybe, but it seems like a stretch. Email works because everyone already knows what mail is. If someone has to crack open a dictionary to make sense of escapes, it seems DOA. Especially since people will pronounce it “escape”, not “e-scape”. Email didn’t already exist as a word.
