    I blame Apple’s marketing around it and their bloated lineup of old phones. Even with the iPhone 15 announcement they were like, “here’s the iPhone, but here are all the great things about this Plus version with a bigger screen.”

    To go for the mini a person really needs to see the value of a smaller phone for themselves and be willing to ignore all the hype and marketing around bigger being better.

      I disagree, the regular 14 massively outsold the plus. The regular 12 and 13 were also the most sold of each year as well.

      14 overall wasn’t as popular this year as the pro versions though.

        It would have been interesting to see how the mini sold if it was simply the iPhone 12/13. Don’t call it mini, just make it the default one. See if people go bigger.
