There is RhassPy which is by far the most advanced, but very rough around the edges. Development had sadly stalled since he got hired by Mycroft, and now he’s been hired by Nabu Casa (HomeAssistant), so I’m hoping they’ll soon reach feature parity (mainly satellites and wake word detection are what I want).
