In theory, yes. You’d need to know some python scripting though and interact with Hydrus via it’s API

if any FOSS devs want to make an app for categorizing and tagging memes outside the camera roll
Well there’s Hydrus for that, needs to run on Windows/Linux/macOS though, having Hydrus Web as secondary desktop & primary mobile app.
Running it standalone from your phone is probably a bother, since you’d need to run it in X11 from Termux, but it’s doable
And that kids, is how I got banned from the local park
That’s what I figured. Everything the assisstant does for you will be done faster with the right know how and experience
That’s not how it works. If you claim something and want it to be validated, you need proof.
You don’t randomly claim things and get other people to disprove you
This is by design, keeping the mass dumb makes it easier to trick them
Why not apply as a mod if it bothers you that much?
Get your hands dirty and improve the parts of Lemmy that you think are lacking, which in turn improves it for many other people. That’s my favorite part of the FOSS community <3
Neither did I. I am a native german btw (23y.o.)
uBlock can also block Javascript just like NoScript
Firesticks use a hardcoded backup DNS which can’t be changed/disabled without root access. This renders DNS level blocking useless because they’ll just use their backup DNS if your DNS resolves to 127.0.0.1/0.0.0.0
I get little micro-stutters every few seconds
Sounds like your Video file might be to blame. Does it always happen at the same time stamps? Maybe try watching it locally, does it happen there aswell?
Obviously. That’s why not many poeple use it, they just don’t care enough to handle not being able to use those websites/fix them by configuring their NoScript
Im using uBlock (Medium Mode) and JShelter (Strict Mode). It’s an awesome combination, mixed with Firefoxs already existing anti tracking and resist fingerprint setting (default on Librewolf)
NoScript isn’t very popular anymore since it breaks many Webpages. Only exception is Tor, which comes with NoScript by default. Also there’s uBlock, uMatrix, LibreJS and many more to block scripts nowadays
This won’t go well
