Hoovered up?
Maybe. If done right it can be safe. Do we trust them to get it right when they can’t even figure out how to run their current grid?
Humans over using a natural resource to the point of detriment to the species? Well I never…
This is why I recommend Mint with Cinnamon DE. Same reasons. It’s always interesting to see someone come to a different conclusion with the same reasoning. 🙂
Debian.
So the Apple way?
Yeah it was unfortunate because of their (basically) no returns policy I didn’t want to roll the dice on a second one.
Armbian was the most promising when I had mine, but still wasn’t ready. I just couldn’t get into manjaro, but every time I loaded a new OS the screen would die, come back, flciker and a “shadow” around the perimeter of the screen.
I remember getting a PineBook Pro when it came out. Seemed like a great machine but the screen failed in less than a week. Thankfully they refunded me but it was disappointing.
I need to go number 1.
Someone should probably let Siri know
Until the EU legislates repairability it ain’t gonna happen. The current system is too profitable.
Can’t wait for lab grown meat to become practical and affordable.
Any mainstream distro should work I feel like. I’m not familiar with Fedora Silverblue so I can’t say anything about it.
I’ve also never had any issues with my laser Brother printer.
While this is a solid solution to the problem it still goes against my personal beliefs. Even buying a used or SE device forces me to spend more money than I want to and does not give me the solution I want. And it conveniently works out better for Apple at the same time. I don’t see any technical reason why the watch cannot be paired with an iPad instead of an iPhone. The only reason is capital.
However, thank you for the well thought out and planned idea. Given the current limitations on the ecosystem that is the only viable solution so thanks again.
No iPhones in the house, but thanks for the suggestion.
No iPhones in the house unfortunately, but thanks!
Darn. Thanks for the quick response. Apple still trying to force people to their model/mold I see.
Streaming services and aspect ratios are always an issues. That and what “cut” of the video they got.
