My guess would be the phone case or anything else you’re in high contact with made out of a rubber composite type.

Yup. Black Friday and Amazon’s Prime Day are complete bullshit. I found out early when I saw a monitor I was tracking raise in price drastically then ‘drop’ to a sale price for Black Friday. When people wisened up to that companies started playing the ‘model number’ game, where they release the same TV or device but with a different model number to specifically skew prices and act like you’re getting a deal. It’s probably one of the best examples of late stage capitalism I’ve seen.
Honestly this is one of the ones I’m most sick of. Yes, everyone can do their part, but we aren’t even close to scraping the surface of the massive amounts of CO2 corpos are dumping comparatively.
The point was that Crumbl is shit, not the socio-economic choices I make when eating cookies.
I’m of the opinion that Crumble is only successful due to marketing and viral advertising from insta models. Just to double down on what you stated already: Their cookies are shitty, crumby, over sweet garbage that tastes like something out of the bargain bin at Dollar General. Actually, no. I’ve had delicious cookies from Dollar General. Bargain bin at Walmart bakery.
Just good enough to be nightmare fuel. Sweet baby jesus that’s horrifying
Right. But we need to at least hold companies accountable and get them moving in the right direction. Currently they don’t give a shit. Single use plastics are ridiculous right now, at least in the US. Unnecessary and can easily be replaced or simply not used.
How about just find a way to properly dispose of it and move on to something better / more reusable? Plastics are bad on several levels, the most horrifying in recent memory being micro plastics literally invading every part of our bodies.
Nice to know there are others out there like myself. I’m not this far in the extreme, but I very obviously have northern genetics and I live in the humid South. I abhor summer and dream of winter. I just want to live somewhere where I don’t become dehydrated from less than 30 minutes of effort outside.
Honestly for something advertised as a kids show it has some of the most gorgeous CGI and unique character design I’ve seen in any show. The plot seems pretty solid as well, and as a bonus for Voyager fans Janeway is a common character in a lot of the episodes.
I noticed this literally on the first Prime Day. Items on my list were ‘on sale’ and I was lucky enough I’d just looked through my list 2 days prior. Nothing had a deeper discount. It’s literally all fabricated to push the trash out they’re trying to get rid of, and push you to buy items you’ve been looking at. There’s not even a thin veil over it. Honestly been thinking of cancelling Prime because even the shipping has been bullshit lately.
They know exactly what they’re doing. They’re never ignorant of this shit, it’s 100 percent intentional. So much for not being evil.
Have to agree. I’ve played through a couple of times myself and a couple times with friends. Always fun. If you’ve never touched mods on it I recommend taking a look. Will further diversify your playing time.
Yes. This is pretty fucking apparent but again, cant do shit about it because corps have paid off our politicians and we can do fuck all about it because we have no way to properly revolt lest we all risk bankruptcy and lose everything.
I always felt bad for the guy but never did any romancing in Stardew. Is this what happens in game? Or more of a ‘head canon’ type thing? Would make me happy to know if the dude does get some sort of happy ending, as silly as that sounds.
