Kinda like how juices with “no added sugar” still have some calories
That’s because fruits naturally have sugar in them.

We got to do something simular in uni. We modeled the CPU in VHDL and had to set up our own language, then we were to program a game for it. One of the most fun and interesting courses we got to do!
I agree that it was interesting! Do you have to repeat the procedure regularly, or is it a one time thing?
That just released 1.0 a few months ago at that. It’s really good!
Minchin is a goddamn treasure, and I will never not upvote posts highlighting him.
Yeah, you are correct, and that’s why I think he was talking about games specifically. That’s a grade A assumption from me though (and a bit of hopium?)
Eh, it sounds more like he wants then to go back to the roots and developer a groundbreaking game, like Portal, or HL2, again. Which doesn’t sound like a bad thing. To do something groundbreaking it probably helps if you dare to do something that is scary.
Wait, what’s a frog tong??
That’s such a good one
And she only wanted to be reimbursed for the hospital bills…
Nah, I had just forgotten the scene, but I’ve seen it. I just thought it was something bigger that would come up later on.
Aaah right, I know which one you mean. Sorry! Thought it was something big that would happen down the line.
Dude! Could we not post spoilers please??
This graph only mentions “one fewer child” though, which implies you can still have kids. But having one fewer kid might influence your other kid/s to have even more grandchildren, so having descendants in this graph makes no real sense, since it could vary from far less climate savings per year, to infinitely more climate savings. It could fluctuate way too much for it to be actually relevant in this graph.
It feels a bit misleading to use cummulative for all descendants for the annual axis, especially since eventual grandchildren aren’t your choice.
I started in 2019 and write almost exclusively VBScript. It might be a bit limuted in some ways, but it’s quite useful in other ways. And it’s easy to learn!
Where’s the love for VBScript?!
I tried playing the third and fourth installment, but they couldn’t hold a candle to the second one imo.
He’s got a lot of different series that are great watches. His CKII run with Perun is particularly good.
I got back into Path of Exile a month ago, and that’s still going on. Last time I didn’t do more than finishing the campaign, but this time I’m well into end game and it’s great!
I’ve also started playing Siege Survival: Gloria Victis this weekend. You play as a couple of characters in a city that’s under siege. During the day you need to create supplies for the soldiers in your bastion, and during the nights you’ve got to sneak around the city and gather materials, or scout behind the enemey lines to get Intel for the next siege attack. It’s actually really fun!
