+1 for Plex. Basically perfect and so much more polished than JF (which I tried on three separate occasions to force myself to like).
Inline photos in posts. But that’s about it.
Nespresso Vertuo. Mechanical keyboard. Honda Accord Hybrid.
I recommend putting some time into figuring out why the laptop is spontaneously rebooting. Check the event log as a start. Otherwise this same issue is going to happen with another app and it probably won’t have anything to do with whether or not that app autosaves.
Thinkpad spontaneously rebooting has some part in the blame here too, no? I mean that’s why this whole fiasco happened…
Not a problem. I only have decaf in the afternoon.
Drinking hot drinks, like flavored coffee or hot milk with Milo or ovaltine or Dandy Blend. Morning, afternoon and night. I have to have a hot drink before bed. Have to have a hot coffee when working at the pc in the late morning or afternoon. Only really started maybe a year ago and I’m honestly not sure why.
Don’t forget Brendan Eich/Brave.
Is there a reminder/alert system for due or soon-to-be-due tasks?
Coincidentally I only just recently finished reading “Dark Matter” by Blake Crouch.
I do, but it’s because my wife works from home and spends three quarters of the day with the chick cave door closed doing teams meetings. Generally my msgs will be “want brunch/coffee/pastries?” etc.
It’s a fairly normal start, and “must not force you to use an account” wasn’t listed in your set of requirements. The account is because the app supports completely free syncing across multiple mobile and desktop platforms. Just use any throwaway google account or create a new one just for the purpose. No subscription and it is FOSS.
Just use Simplenote.
I walked away from Memmy weeks ago and use Voyager now. Every single time I did a search for nsfw communities and scrolled down a little I could reliably crash it.
Is there anything else to this game beyond just carrying things on your back? I saw a video months ago and was trying to work out what the attraction factor was.
Shove-it, an ancient Windows utility by Phord Software that shoves any half-offscreen windows back onto the monitor so that you can get to all the gadgets. Phenomenally useful. First thing I install on any new build.
