I grew up in a small village, and there are far less hunters there now, in a place where deer have no natural predators left. This means the deer population has exploded, which sounds like a good thing until you consider there are too many deer now.

The deer are all dying of disease and hunger now at a much higher rate than with hunting. This is the price of ‘hunting bad’ mentality, at least in that particular area of America. Humans have destroyed nature, so because of that it’s our job to ensure it doesn’t deteriorate further, hunting serves its purpose for this, and must be considered.

Hmm, an interesting take. The Olympics, being an international multinational event, being in a singular location could cause political tension between countries. It would have to be on neutral land for such a thing to work. Maybe some of that unclaimed land In Africa?

Honestly, not to be mean or anything, BUT, this sorta reeks of “I don’t like it so nobody else should.”

This is a type of mentality that I believe to be highly negative and frankly kinda toxic. Your welcome to your opinion, but I really don’t think the many many hours, days, weeks, months, and years of effort, training and planning that goes into those who both run and participate in the Olympics is a waste of time and effort.

Also we live in a world that you can just block or ignore anything you don’t particularly care for.

While I agree you shouldn’t have to use their shitty app, thats just how the world works right now. Until we get any legislation to combat these shitty practices we can either boycott, or conform. And not downloading their app but giving them more money is still conforming.

I never did delivery but I was a packer running 4 10s at 14 an hour and god it was unbelievably unbearable. I constantly had to hold my piss and the job was so boring just standing there in a line, unable to listen to music or even talk to your neighbors most of the time without getting a talking from your manager. Seriously worst job I ever had, if I was still working there damn right I’d be out there striking.

Delivery must be a much nicer department than packing. Also I know for a fact the strikes are real I have a friend in it currently.
