It might have only even been like six months. It was in the little change log pop up during one of the updates at some point
Just to be clear, I 100% think they are selling our data. What I meant was I’m surprised they’re concerned about the size of the uploads when they could just be selling the uploaded data.
Well that didn’t last very long. It was 8 MB for like six years and then it just went to 25 MB maybe a year ago and now we’re back down to 10 MB.
I’m surprised they aren’t offsetting the cost by selling all our data to language learning models like everyone else is
Your stepmom is probably going to prematurely unalive that cat unfortunately. Cats don’t generally understand how to drink water from a bowl because it’s not normal for them as they typically get all of their water from the blood of prey they kill. If she’s not putting any water down specifically for the cat and only feeding dry food, you can guarantee the cat is going to become dehydrated.
After that it’s only a matter of time until other complications develop: https://cats.com/dehydration-in-cats
I’ve got one more to add to your list, and I hate it, but it’s worth mentioning: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hungarian_notation
It’s when the data type is in the name of the variable.
Reminds me of the ancient card crusher meme: https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/card-crusher
No OP was right. If the reCaptcha is on the same page as a login, and I use my password manager to fill the fields, I fail the reCaptcha almost every time. I have to manually paste in the user name and password separately to slow things down to act more human…
Unreal Tournament GOTY let’s fucking go!
It works as long as you can get at the authentication key that generates the one time codes. Usually you scan a QR code, but sometimes you have to paste it in as a string.
How you get that private authentication key can vary by service. For example, you can install steam mobile on an android emulator and use an open source program to extract the private authentication key.
Instead of opening Google authenticator or Authy or whatever your preferred 2FA is, you can take photos of the QR codes in Bitwarden mobile to store the TOTP codes in it, and then Bitwarden puts them on your clipboard to paste into websites
Tell them some password managers have TOTP support. I think I paid Bitwarden $10 for life or per year for TOTP so I don’t need to use my phone.
I don’t know if it’s still an issue, but their older TVs were riddled with bad capacitors: https://www.cnet.com/tech/home-entertainment/samsung-settlement-warrants-older-tvs-with-faulty-capacitors/
I still have one of their HD TVs from like 2012, and it has bad capacitors and periodically resets itself, but I’ve never had it fixed 😅
This already happens any time the domain name servers go down: https://techcrunch.com/2022/06/20/cloudflare-outage-knocks-popular-services-offline/
100% of people who have ever come into contact with a nipple have died. Scary stuff
This comment reminded me of Supply Side Jesus: https://www.beliefnet.com/news/2003/09/the-gospel-of-supply-side-jesus.aspx
I mocked his position and delivery actually because I said he also has poor reading comprehension. I read their entire chain of comments before replying, and it was evident @[email protected] was having issues reading and understanding the messages @[email protected] was sending.
And you’re someone with poor spelling and reading comprehension.
It’s you’re, not your.
