Sure high-speed rails with HVDC lines powering them from coast-to-coast I’m here for it.

Energy density has been the number one most important factor since humans started using metal. Wood is good enough to smelt bronze, and with some refinement can get your iron, but not good enough for steel. Steel requires coal, and with some refinement steel is what our world is built on.
Fossil fuels allow cars, planes and more efficient trains and boats. Unless we somehow start utilizing uranium and transuranics electric airplanes are for grifters. Uranium and it’s derivatives are the only thing we have harnessed that even approaches the energy density of fossil fuels.
I’m a network engineer and I run ipv6 natively in all of our datacenters. There are even a handful of end systems that have ipv6 native networking stacks with ipv4 sockets for our non-ipv6 compatible applications. IPv6 issues are basically self-inflicted at this point by companies that see their IT systems as cost centers, or by basilisk directors who’s knowledge stopped in the 90’s.
1.2 Trillion dollars could build a coast to coast high-speed rail system with spurs through every major city in America.
Maybe the probelm with people’s lives doesn’t have anything to do with the quality of the roads. Maybe the fact that people are dependent on those roads should be examined?
Seems novel. But from a security aspect, if OpenSSH has security vulnerability that allows an unauthenticated user to login, via whatever means, once you are in the system as a non-privileged user, you are now free to use the same vulnerability to get root.
Basically this exercise is like using two locks that have the same key to open them. If the same key opens them, then a weakness in one, is now a weakness in the other so why bother with two identical locks?
We wouldn’t bother with independent motorized transportation. It would be trains for between cities and public transit so ubiquitous that bikes would be exiled strictly for rural exploration outside of cities.
It was not. Getting health insurance for an additional 30 million Americans was.
Health insurance is not healthcare, it doesn’t mandate care, and there is basically no relation what-so-ever between having health insurance and getting healthcare.
But have you seen his clothes? Are they not the best most magnificent clothes you’ve ever seen?
I dont’ understand the issue here. Is that picture part of some specific VPS’s logo or is it part of the title/theme of the article? I think it’s very poignant, though obviously edgy, if it’s the latter. If your VPS provider isn’t censoring content, then obviously that means Nazism will be able to exist along with militant socialism advocating violence against capitalism. That is kind of the point of the article right? To determine which VPS is actually not going to censor.
It may not need to wear a red shirt, nor a blue shirt… If you hear fascism is on the rise and you think “Maga” you are naive.
Copyright only works by mutual consent of the countries enforcing it. Much like nuclear secrets in the 50’s, once the knowledge of the possible is there, no amount of geo-politicking will keep it limited to a single country.
Perhaps the dems should ask themselves why mandatory purchasing of insurance was the pinnacle of their accomplishment in the last 40 years and attempt to examine that.
But sure fully embracing racial taxonomy and spending as much time as possible classifying people based on skin-tone, facial features, phenotypes, skull shape and literally anything besides class might work too. What would I know, I’m not a PMC employed by the DNC.
It’s absolutely this. Let’s say that you wanted to make sure this never happened again. You could use the Police playbook, “more training,” “better roads,” “more awareness,” "people centric design,"an unlimited number of buzzwords. But the only solution that would help is fewer cars and fewer roads for them. Non-car infrastructure must be developed, and unfortunately it IS zero-sum as space is finite and valuable.

Methinks you don’t know what you are talking about. The FAA operates in feet. All domestic flights in the US are separated by flight levels specified in feet. If you get your pilots license in America, everything about it from runway length, controlled flight altitudes, wing spans, etc, will be in feet.
For another example, just let me know how many metric units are used here: https://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/publications/atpubs/atc_html/chap3_section_10.html
Well considering this event took place in FAA controlled airspace using the official and standard units of altitude for flight characteristics, I’m not sure how to help you.
I guess 400feet = 8.1498E-10au if that helps?
Egg superiority.
Jamaal isn’t a fucking “squad member.”
lol I’m as anti-capitalist as the next internet leftist, and I absolutely think it would be fucking awesome if Steam were replaced by a national digital distribution service that have flat costs for publishing, and high quality standards before allowing a game to be published. Gold-digging lawsuits aren’t on the path to that better world though.
This has always been the case. There is a specific way that congress can put a check on POTUS. Liberals being told how the government works and has always worked, and suddenly getting upset. I’m sure they will vote harder then they have ever voted before to fix it this time.
