Or we could ditch the idea that everyone needs to work and allow that technology will allow for lives of leisure. You’re not going to reduce the birth rate because people like fucking, and you’re not going to remove this technology, so other solutions need to be found. My partner has been in hospital for six or seven weeks, had had a foot amputation, vast amounts of medication, a couple of days in the HDU (one step down from intensive care), and I don’t know what else.
