Banking apps and Amazon don’t seem to like it
Try going into the app’s settings and toggle Exploit protection compatibility mode. That let me use my banking apps that didn’t work before.

Have you ever had gluten free pastry?
Yes, I’ve had gluten-free pastries before. My friend has Celiac and can’t consume gluten due to possible intestinal damage.
He has taken me to delicious gluten-free bakeries to get ice cream cookie sandwiches, pumpkin bread, brownies, garlic parmesan bread, quiche, meat handpies, etc
Just because you had bad ones doesn’t mean they are all bad. Same goes with other food.
I mean you can choose to power through it. I’d sooner have a windy, achy gut than eat a gluten-free yum yum.
Well, if you had celiac disease, good luck living with permanent damage to your intestinal villi.

Generally when you commit a crime, you get convicted, complete your sentence, and then you get all of your rights back unless you’re deemed a risk to the public in which case you may have additional restrictions on your freedom.

Do note that Simple Gallery Pro on Play Store uses a non-FOSS editor.
Simple Gallery Pro and Fossify Gallery on F-Droid uses a basic FOSS editor.
If you don’t need port fowarding for torrents, I recommend Mullvad.
I swapped to AirVPN after Mullvad dropped port forwarding. AirVPN app on Android & Linux kinda sucks. Linux one is usable at least. The Android one is just bad, but I just use the Wireguard app instead of the AirVPN app.
deku sms
I haven’t used this, but it seems to do way more than the average person know how to use for an SMS app
Even in the readme, it says:
The technical functionalities of the app are currently not user friendly, which would be updated with the help of PRs and issues. The reason for the lack of user friendliness is solely based on the app aiming to be as customizable as possible. Users should be able to configure the app to their custom cloud servers without being tied into using specific providers.
Less fees taken if you donate instead of buying most likely.
Droidify shows the donation links fine, which is nice!
For my main computers, I’ve moved them all to Arch from Manjaro & EndeavorOS within the past 4 years. Though been meaning to try OpenSUSE Tumbleweed eventually. Haven’t used OpenSUSE in over 10 years.
I have a laptop running Proxmox for my servers, which is debian-based but uses a modified Ubuntu LTS kernel. Great to use to try out other distros in VMs as well.
Not saying anything bad about EndeavourOS, because it’s great, but:
All of the Arch goodness, but with an easy installer that handles the DE too.
Arch has a guided TUI installer included in it’s ISO that does this too.
Google maps is tough lol
You could try to see if you’d like Magic Earth. It’s proprietary, but has a good privacy policy, uses Open Street Maps, and has traffic data.
Though if you’re dependent on Google Maps for reviews and photos of places, then it’s much harder to replace. Though I guess you could just use the website to look that up.
Yeah, I also recommend URLCheck on Android. You make it your default web browser and you can manually or automatically have the query string removed. It can do other stuff such as resolving redirects before sending it to a web browser.
Or you can use it to clean the URL before sharing it.
You set URLCheck as your default browser, then you can select an actual default web browser in the app.
Guess that depends on where you live
I prefer either physical or audiobooks. I seem to have a hard time concentrating and reading books digitally.
Might be better than Being John Malkovich
Might be good to post on [email protected], the offshoot of /r/unixporn on Reddit. Always need more people posting there! :)
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work on GNOME 46 yet. But looks like the porting is almost done!
