Odd that they should represent either as peaches tend to be much less palatable.

It’s an audio-only ad platform where they fill unsold time with most of a song or just people talking.
Same, though I’m (sorta) not using it now, and I don’t know that I could’ve been considered a hopper.
I started with Ubuntu then gave Gentoo a shot. Got tired of the maintenance and went with LMDE. Switched back to Windows when I switched my gaming from console to PC.
A few years ago I read about Proton and decided to check my Steam library against ProtonDB. All the games I still played (and most that I had stopped) were rated gold or higher. At that point I was done with Windows, at least for machines I own, and gave Arch a shot.
I stuck with that until my power supply died and will be going back to it once I can afford to build a good PC. For now I’m just using my Steam Deck and hooking it up to a dock when I’m at my desk. It runs SteamOS which is Arch-based but a different experience for sure. I can still use Pacman and the AUR, but with some hefty caveats that almost make it not worth it.
Be the change you wish to see.
Considering that’s the only version I’d heard and I can barely understand a word of it, why would I not?
I’ve been listening to the cover by Turisas for years without even realizing that it’s a cover.
That article almost makes sense, except it doesn’t explain why it’s the other way around for some of us.
Yeah, it’s pretty deep as other people hear it. I hate how I sound in recordings.
Most people also hear their voice about an octave lower in their head.
Is this true? It’s the other way around for me. Well, I don’t know if it’s an octave, but my voice sounds significantly deeper in recordings than I hear it as I’m speaking.
Isn’t axolot the studio behind raft (another excellent game that was in early access for years)?
Except that realistically people will continue to run the same machines just without security updates.
Couldn’t you just move to the side a bit?
What’s SFM?
As another millenial, this thread is the first time I’ve heard of Skibidy Toilet, and I’m wondering if I should bother to look up what it is.
I just checked the play store after seeing this comment. Apparently it hasn’t been updated since February of 2017, but it works just fine.
I know it looks difficult, but if you already touch type on PC then Minuum is a great mobile keyboard. You just have to train yourself to not try being precise with it (impossible to do quickly). I actually find it easier to use if I don’t look at it while I’m typing. I’ve been using it since it was on Indiegogo and haven’t seen anything else worth trying. I’m pretty sure you can even get it for free now.
Note that it does learn from you over time, so the more you use it the more accurate it becomes.
In the above image, I’ve put the cursor back on the word “accurate” for a little demo. The first group of letters are the ones that I actually hit. After that are Minuum’s guesses in order of probability of being correct.
If you want to type a word that isn’t in its dictionary yet, you can swipe up from the top row to bring up a full keyboard. Selecting the word once it’s typed usually adds it, though for some reason they’ve excluded swears from that.
I don’t remember Yoda in Morrowind.
It’s not like we can’t buy kettles if we want. I just have no use for one.
If you proofread before hitting send or submit then autocorrect learns from that.
Yeah, even the “difficult” distributions tend to just be a matter of following instructions to get a working installation. Gentoo was a massive PITA to maintain though. Chances are I was missing some knowledge that would’ve simplified things, but I spent way too much time on maintenance for the system to actually be useful. Arch has been much kinder.
