I got called gay back in high school for listening to Brackish by Kittie. Never understood that one.

At this point, the DNC could be giving out guns and Republicans would call it a trap that they are only giving a single high capacity magazine. Honestly, after everything that has been known about Project 2025, Trump, Lindsay Graham, and everyone on the right, I don’t think there is anything that could ever change their vote.
I’m of the opinion that it’s just to improve the perception of package quality. I don’t see those cheap plastic pieces as keeping the prongs from accidentally warping or bending but I guess they could keep moisture away. I’ve never received a corroded set of prongs before their use though so my theory stands as they are upping the packaging visual aesthetics.
US about to declare war on the Arctic and bring some freedom to…uh…the penguins?
Right!?!?!?! I thought we hit rock bottom with Bush Jr and then this whole thing with Trump came along. I am starting to realize that it’s just going to get worse from here. If GWB wasn’t the worst then Trump will likely not be the worst.
You have to remember that the cloud is just a series of data centers owned by cloud providers. If you are Netflix, you’re not hosting Stranger Things for audiences in the US from the EU. You have a copy of it in both places and leverage AWS regions in each area to server geographically closer users (it’s typically called latency based routing). If the undersea cables are cut, the EU still watches Netflix because the content doesn’t need to travel undersea, it’s already in the EU, same thing in the US. The challenge comes in at the end of the month when people pay their Netflix bills and the banks needs to process international payments. End users are largely not impacted by direct service outages but big companies are.
He moved the headquarters of Chipotle to his home town from Denver just for the hell of it. My guess is that he intends to do the same with Starbucks. So that “commute” will last only as long as it takes him to move the corporate HQ.
But I’ve never been propositioned by swingers on a cruise….wait a minute….
Could be good as a firewall with PFSense or something. 2.5gb to the ISP and a 10gb trunk port. Would be an upgrade for me. All I would use is a drive in it though.
I mean a pretty popular punk song is NOFX Ronnie and Mags. It just talks incredible shit about Regan and thatcher. Listen to NOFX Jesusland and that should indicate what it’s all about. Damn I love punk.
I don’t want my car to be lonely while I’m out in nature. If you’re lonely, they’re lonely…give them a friend.
Damn that’s a good idea. Going to write that down, put it in the to do list, and regret not dosing it.
So like yeah this is a joke but it got me thinking that if this really happened where a freezer broke, I shit you not that Alabama would charge the HVAC tech with mass murder for not double checking the compressor seals.
I still do this regularly while using Google docs even though I don’t think it has any effect.
I run AD at home but it’s because my job is in enterprise software engineering and so running these programs in my home lab requires AD integrations. It’s also needed for HyperV and SCVMM along with things like SQL server auth and GMSA which I can’t get out of testing. Ironically most of my work is in open source/Linux but Windows servers are all over the Enterprise so I don’t have a choice but to run this stuff. No real users on it and just used for the lab.
Wish I had an answer. Had an older relative that was like this. Others say he was always like that and he died miserable. Never did figure out what drove him to be that way and many people tried and failed to befriend him and get to know him. No one succeeded including his neighbor who was the nicest person I ever met.
Thanks so much I had not been tracking this case but it pissed me off to no end when I heard that Vizio was refusing to uphold the GPL. They are more than happy to greatly benefit from the labors of open source development but the second they have to do the smallest step in support of the GPL, they fight it. I doubt there is anything overly interesting that they could release. My mind is assuming they don’t want anyone to see the actual level of their data gathering.
Wow that review is being copy/pasted everywhere and reposted to multiple review sites under many usernames. I thought the movie was pretty good and it’s based on a book that doesn’t answer the questions that the viewer is asking. That is part of the story l, not REALLY knowing what is going on. It’s like the whole theme, not to know for sure. It mentions the military in the final scenes so we have a guess on what they are up to.
This is incredibly genius. I would watch this.
Bet it can run doom.
