Auto-brewery syndrome is super rare. It’s caused by conditions that allow brewing yeast (and other fermenting microbes) to live/thrive in your gut when they shouldn’t. Nutritional yeast is also living brewing yeast, though it’s dormant and not actively fermenting when eaten. You will get a bunch of B complex vitamins from the yeast!

But beware, my friends used to call green beer ‘fartzens,’ after the original Hefefartzen that we drank way too early.

It’s real in that this was actually produced by an Israeli construction company. It’s fake in that this isn’t actually happening or approved by the state.

It would die. The roots need to do gas exchange too. Ideal soil composition is generally 45% mineral, ~25% water, ~25% air, and 5% organic matter.

Tree bark also does gas exchange.

It would vary by server, but pixelfed.social and pixelfed.art just require sexually explicit or violent images to be marked sensitive.

Edit: I think sensitive images or specific tags might not appear on the daily trending list though. For a while it was just a wall of dicks and now it’s not. But those posts wouldn’t be deleted and people wouldn’t be prevented from seeing or boosting them either.
