While true there are some groups people and politicians are trying to make it be better and change things like that. I can’t think of anyone in SC that is doing that (though I admit I don’t keep up with their politics outside broad nationwide headlines)

I think you are over thinking the photo. I think it meant to just draw people in and get them to think about green spaces and sustainablity in their life and maybe want to talk about it.
The photo has reminded me though I work half the day outside I’m not taking time to appreciate it and should make more of an effort to do so.
Agree a hundred percent. Also I grew up in an area that still doesn’t have consistent cell reception so everyone always has a set of wrenches and the Haynes manual to their car.

While I agree with this it doesn’t address the issues at least in the US with the cost of rent and all the problems associated with renting (landlords and property management companies treating their residents like garbage) I wish we could have more apartments where the unit is owned by the individual.
Has anyone actually seen the paper on neurolink? I haven’t seen them but also haven’t really hunted.
