There has been one real pain point to my Pipewire experience, and that was when they changed the format of their config files. But that was on me, and my using software versioned 0.x as if it’s production ready.
There is still a lot of weird behaviour in Linux audio (like when my computer decides that my headphones are for mono audio handsfree mode, and no amount of restarting services or reconnecting will convince it otherwise) but I can’t think of something that was better when I was on Pulse.
