Many wonderful people have contributed to the Linux kernel. But one particular codebase has a dark past, and is scheduled to be removed in 2025.

    Its not just that anytime I come across some RMS or Linux drama I know it’s going to be one crazy ride. Like the PID 1 war(s) for example. Or the time even Linus had to admit the kernel dev community had become toxic and he had been contributing to that.
